If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The roses were beautiful, the arrangement was very well done (e.g., wire supports for the long stems), and the delivery was very fast (maybe 2 hours). Would use again.

I liked the arrangement but I paid for deluxe and got the the regular.On the website it says additional flowers will be on the deluxe one for additional money but no additional flowers were added .I called the shop and was told they only add greens not flowers.That was misleading and I paid extra for nothing.
